Everything you need to know
Answers to the most common questions about coaching, audits, pricing, and what to expect.
About Coaching
Each session is 1-on-1 and fully personalised to your website, goals, and current skill level. We typically start with a quick review of your progress or homework from the last session, then dive into the topic for that day — whether that's keyword research, on-page SEO, technical fixes, or content strategy. You'll leave with clear action items to implement before the next session.
All sessions are conducted online via video call (Google Meet or Zoom), so you can join from anywhere. You'll get a link after your booking is confirmed. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and can share your screen — we'll often be looking at your site together in real time.
Standard coaching sessions are 60 minutes. This is enough time to go deep on a specific topic without overwhelming you. If you'd like a longer session or a more intensive day, feel free to reach out at venuslowshimin@gmail.com to discuss custom options.
Topics are tailored to your needs, but common areas include: keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO basics, Google Search Console (GSC) interpretation, content strategy, internal linking, and site audits. You're not locked into a rigid curriculum — if you have specific questions or blockers, we tackle those first.
Yes — and it's the most valuable part. After each session you'll receive specific tasks to implement on your actual site. This isn't busywork; it's the real-world application that makes the learning stick and drives results. Students who complete their homework between sessions consistently see faster progress.
Who It's For
Not at all. The coaching is designed to meet you exactly where you are. If you're starting from zero, the first session will establish a foundation before we go deeper. Many students who felt "too beginner" have gone on to rank articles and land freelance SEO clients after just a few sessions. Don't let that stop you from booking.
Absolutely. Intermediate students often benefit the most because they come with specific questions that generic YouTube videos can't answer. If you've been stuck at a plateau or have unanswered questions from self-study, these sessions are ideal. We skip the intro stuff and go straight to what's relevant to you.
Students come from all backgrounds — freelancers, bloggers, small business owners, aspiring digital marketers, and e-commerce sellers. The common thread is that they want real, practical SEO skills applied to their actual situation — not generic theory. If you have a website or want to offer SEO services, this is for you.
Having a website makes the sessions more practical, but it's not strictly required. If you don't have one yet, we can work on strategy, keyword research, and planning so you're ready to hit the ground running when you launch. If you do have a site — even a brand new one — bring it along and we'll work directly on it.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing details are shared during the booking process. Head to the Book Coaching page to see current rates and available slots. If you have questions before booking, feel free to email venuslowshimin@gmail.com.
We accept online bank transfer, DuitNow, and major debit/credit cards. Payment details will be provided after your booking is confirmed. Full payment is required to secure your slot.
Yes — bundle packages are available and offer better value than booking sessions one by one. These are recommended if you're serious about building a proper SEO foundation. Check the booking page for current package options, or email to ask about what's available.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session can be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the session. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — if something urgent comes up, just reach out as early as possible at venuslowshimin@gmail.com and we'll work something out.
Technical Audit
The audit is a deep manual review of your website — not a generic automated report. It covers crawlability, indexing issues, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript rendering problems, broken links, title/meta tag issues, internal linking structure, and anything else that could be suppressing your traffic. You'll receive a prioritised action list, not just a list of problems.
Automated tools flag hundreds of issues with no context on what actually matters for your site. The manual audit uses those tools as a starting point, but the value is in human interpretation — identifying what's actually causing your traffic problems, what to fix first, and why. It's the difference between a checklist and a diagnosis.
The audit is ideal for business owners and founders who have an existing website with some history and want to understand why their traffic has dropped, stagnated, or never taken off. It's not a coaching programme — it's a one-time deep dive with a clear output you or your developer can act on immediately.
Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days depending on site complexity. You'll receive a written report with prioritised fixes, plus a short walkthrough call to go through the findings together so nothing gets lost in translation. To request an audit, email venuslowshimin@gmail.com.
